Returns Policy
We want you to be confident ordering from SPAC. If a standard component isn't right for your application, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
Standard catalogue items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-specified components, cut-to-length tubing, and made-to-order parts (non-standard bore, stroke, or port configuration) are excluded from returns unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Report faulty or transit-damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return carriage.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@spacpneumatic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA number and collection or drop-off instructions within 1 working day.
