Everything you need to know about how we ship your order — from dispatch times to international delivery.
How We Ship
All orders are dispatched directly from our Bicester facility. Lead times below apply to stock items — custom or made-to-order components will have a separate confirmed timeline from your account manager.
UK Mainland Delivery
Standard orders dispatch within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–4 working days via courier. Next-day delivery is available at checkout on stock items ordered before 1pm.
International Shipping
We ship to 52 countries. Export lead times vary by destination and customs clearance — your account manager will confirm an estimated arrival date at order confirmation.
Delivery Costs
Orders over £150 (ex. VAT) ship free on UK mainland. Smaller orders and Highlands/Islands/NI destinations incur a flat courier charge, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our Bicester facility. For custom or made-to-order components, our engineering team will contact you directly with a production timeline.
